Personal training at the High Altitude Training Center is designed to meet members where they are — and take them where they want to go. Our coaching staff supports a wide range of goals, disciplines, and experience levels, with training shaped by the unique demands of Big Bear’s environment.
HATC personal trainers work with members across a broad spectrum of interests, including strength and conditioning, weight loss, weightlifting, and endurance development, as well as skill-based and outdoor-focused training such as snowboarding preparation, trail running, climbing, off-road biking, and movement skills that translate beyond the gym.
In addition to physical training, select coaches offer support in areas like nutrition guidance, habit-building, and performance planning to help members build consistency and sustainable progress over time.
Training can be structured as one-on-one sessions, small-group training, or skill-specific coaching, depending on availability and member needs.
