Where Recovery Becomes Performance
Training at altitude demands more from your body—so everything around your training should support it.
At HATC, we’ve built an integrated environment where performance, recovery, and everyday functionality live together. From post-session fuel to clinical care, this isn’t an add-on—it’s part of how you train.
At altitude, recovery isn’t optional—it’s the difference between progress and burnout.
HATC integrates clinical and recovery services directly into the training environment, so your body gets what it needs without disrupting your routine. All services are delivered by qualified practitioners and aligned with your training—not working against it.
Through our partner network, HATC members and visitors also have access to:
Because recovery doesn’t stop when your session ends.
Simple, high-quality options designed for athletes—not distractions. Hydration, light nourishment, and grab-and-go fuel to support long days at altitude.
A curated retail space featuring HATC gear and essentials you’ll actually use—no clutter, no gimmicks.
Clean, modern showers and changing areas built for real schedules—before work, after training, or between sessions.
A comfortable space to recharge, connect, or stay productive between sessions—designed for focus, not noise.
Dedicated clinical and recovery spaces designed for hands-on work, nervous system reset, and real adaptation. From massage and mobility to therapeutic services, this is where your body actually absorbs the work.
Thoughtful lighting, Sonos sound, and natural elements create a space that feels grounded, clean, and intentional—so you can stay present and train better.

Erin is a highly experienced bodywork practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience helping clients restore balance, reduce pain, and move more freely. Trained through the Julian Littleford Body Conditioning program, her approach includes a deep understanding of biomechanics.
Her work is rooted in awareness and precision—focusing on how the body holds tension, compensates, and adapts over time. Erin combines targeted massage, myofascial release, cupping, and alignment-based movement to unlock restriction, improve circulation, and support long-term recovery.
Sessions are both restorative and educational, giving clients a deeper understanding of how to care for their bodies beyond the table.
At HATC, Erin works with everyone from high-performance athletes to individuals navigating injury, fatigue, or everyday strain—providing personalized, results-driven bodywork that supports recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.
