How it works:

Our Pilates, yoga, meditation, stretching, and sound bath classes focus on recovery, balance, and nervous system regulation. These sessions support mobility, core strength, breath, and mental reset — essential components of consistent training at altitude.

Our certified Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, and kickboxing personal trainers are here to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall health, our trainers will work with you to develop a customized workout plan that meets your needs.

Skill-focused classes develop coordination, balance, rhythm, and body awareness through disciplines like snowboarding, skiing, and dance. These sessions help improve movement efficiency and confidence while training transferable skills that support performance across everyday life.

Guided group experiences that take advantage of Big Bear’s natural environment, including running, hiking, cycling, and rock climbing. These sessions blend fitness, exploration, and community while allowing participants to train and adapt to altitude in real-world conditions.

HATC supports and hosts seasonal sports leagues and teams, including flag football, softball, and other rotating community-based offerings. Big Bear always has a team, and these programs offer a fun, competitive, and social way to stay active year-round.

A dedicated set of classes and programs for kids and youth, including martial arts, movement skills, seasonal sports, and age-appropriate fitness. These offerings focus on confidence, coordination, discipline, and having fun while building a strong foundation for lifelong activity.
