A dedicated strength area equipped with racks, platforms, and free weights for foundational and advanced lifting. Built to support durable strength, safe progressions, and efficient movement — without congestion.

An open turf space designed for sled work, carries, sprint mechanics, and conditioning circuits. This zone supports engine-building work that translates directly to sport and real-life performance, especially at altitude.

A flexible zone for mixed-modality training, bodyweight work, kettlebells, and class-based sessions. This space adapts easily for group classes, circuits, and hybrid workouts that blend strength and conditioning.

A dedicated mat area supporting MMA, kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and grappling through our Fight Syndicate partnership. Designed for safe, technical training with enough room to move, drill, and spar responsibly.

A quieter area reserved for mobility work, Pilates, yoga, breathwork, and soundbaths. This space reinforces the importance of recovery and nervous system regulation as part of consistent altitude training.

A versatile area used for classes, workshops, youth programs, seasonal sports prep, and special sessions. This zone allows HATC to host education, community programming, and group experiences without disrupting core training areas.
