We train conditioning with purpose — adjusting intensity, intervals, and volume so you get stronger without digging a hole you can’t climb out of.

Fight Syndicate is HATC’s integrated affiliate combat training arm. That means fighters don’t train around the gym — they train within a system designed to support them.
Altitude magnifies fatigue, mistakes, and poor recovery. Our fight-focused programming accounts for that, so fighters can train hard and stay healthy.

Recovery isn’t optional when you train at elevation — it’s the difference between progress and chronic fatigue.
We integrate mobility and recovery into the training culture, not as an afterthought or luxury add-on.

Open gym at HATC is structured to protect the training environment. We cap membership, manage access, and maintain clear expectations so serious athletes can train without distractions.
This isn’t a hangout gym. It’s a place to get work done.
