Our TRAINING DIsciplines & MODULES

STRENGTH & MOVEMENT

Strength That Carries Over — Not Just Up the Bar

Our strength and movement approach prioritizes durability, movement quality, and real-world transfer. At altitude, strength has to be earned smartly — rushed progress gets punished.

You won’t find random circuits or trend-chasing workouts here. You’ll find structured programming that respects fatigue, builds capacity, and keeps you training week after week.

Ideal For

  • Local athletes & mountain residents
  • Hybrid and functional fitness athletes
  • Endurance athletes building strength
  • Fighters building power safely

What This Looks Like

  • Free-weight–focused training
  • Athletic movement patterns
  • Progressive loading (no ego lifts)
  • Joint-friendly volume management
  • Strong emphasis on warm-ups and prep

ENDURANCE & CONDITIONING

Build the Engine For The Long Race

Conditioning at altitude isn’t about suffering for Instagram. It’s about building a repeatable engine that adapts to lower oxygen availability and recovers efficiently between efforts.

We train conditioning with purpose — adjusting intensity, intervals, and volume so you get stronger without digging a hole you can’t climb out of.

Ideal For

  • Endurance athletes
  • Fighters preparing for round
  • Team sport athletes
  • Visitors training short-term at altitude

What This Looks Like

  • Work capacity & repeatability
  • Threshold and aerobic development
  • Sleds, carries, intervals, circuits
  • Smart pacing strategies
  • Altitude-specific fatigue management

FIGHT TRAINING (FIGHT SYNDICATE)

Skills from Inside the System — Not on the Side

Fight Syndicate is HATC’s integrated affiliate combat training arm. That means fighters don’t train around the gym — they train within a system designed to support them.

Altitude magnifies fatigue, mistakes, and poor recovery. Our fight-focused programming accounts for that, so fighters can train hard and stay healthy.

Ideal For

  • Entry-level to Active competitors
  • Kids programming
  • Off-season fighters
  • Visiting fight camps
  • Serious practitioners

What's Included

  • Fight-specific strength & conditioning
  • Grip, core, and durability work
  • Conditioning for rounds, not reps
  • Camp-style training blocks
  • Respectful, no-ego training culture

MOBILITY & RECOVERY

At Altitude, Recovery Is Training

Recovery isn’t optional when you train at elevation — it’s the difference between progress and chronic fatigue.

We integrate mobility and recovery into the training culture, not as an afterthought or luxury add-on.

Ideal For

  • Endurance athletes
  • Anyone training consistently at altitude
  • Athletes returning from injury
  • Fighters between camps
  • Visitors managing short acclimation windows

Recovery Focus

  • Guided mobility sessions
  • Soft tissue and joint care
  • Breath work & nervous system reset
  • Contrast and circulation strategies
  • Training rhythm that respects adaptation
